LEGO - recurring promotional campaign

It might seem that a lovebrand like LEGO doesn't need sales support. Due to efficient competition, a diverse market offer for children and teenagers, and the regular launch of LEGO's products, keeping an eye on things and taking actions to close the sales funnel is essential.

Almost 50% of Poles pay attention to product reviews before buying it. If a product has at least 5 reviews, the likelihood of it being purchased increases by as much as 270%. LEGO, aiming to authenticate the quality of its products and trigger purchases, asked us to propose a concept that would help gather authentic recommendations from satisfied customers across e-commerce platforms.

We opted for a recurring promotion titled "Leave a review and receive a gift". The proposed concept proved to be exceptionally effective. Over the course of 3 editions held over more than a year consumers collectively provided nearly 3000 reviews and comments.

In addition to creating the mechanics, key visuals, website design, and its implementation, we were responsible for the comprehensive management of promotional activities: from legal and organizational matters, through communication with participants, to logistics (warehousing and prize distribution).

For each edition we also prepare materials for resellers (promotion landing page, banners).
